Styling with Intention

An Indonesian pot with rich patina is incredibly versatile. Style it as a standalone sculptural piece to let its texture speak for itself, or pair it with dried branches, grasses, or minimal greenery for a grounded, organic look. It feels just as at home in a rustic, Mediterranean, or wabi-sabi–inspired space as it does in a more modern interior craving warmth and contrast.
For a layered aesthetic, place it alongside natural materials—linen, wood, stone, or plaster. The pot’s aged finish softens clean lines and adds character, making a space feel collected rather than curated.
